"This was my first time purchasing a home, and I had NO IDEA what I was doing. I talked to a few realtors but the moment I first sat down with Susan Brock and Lyonel Anderson, her associate, I knew they were the realtors for me. They listened and asked all of the right questions. They were able to ask the questions in such a way that they got the information they needed in order to make the search for my home most effective and efficient for me and my needs.

They were patient and took note of all of my (very picky) requirements for a house. They talked to me about the entire home buying process and made me feel very at ease. I left that first meeting feeling less stressed and less overwhelmed. However, that feeling didn’t end there. Because of Susan and Lyonel’s time and attention to me, I felt taken care of the entire process. I was never worried that we wouldn’t find my dream house because I knew that they cared more about me finding the perfect home than they did about making a quick transaction for money.

Susan and Lyonel answered all of my (numerous) questions immediately. They communicated with me in whatever manner was best for me—whether that was text, email, Snapchat, social media, or all of the above. They were always in contact, sending me homes to look at, planning visits, etc. Then, on days we would go look, they scheduled 2 hours but always ran as long as I was willing to go, sometimes we would look for four hours. However, and most importantly, they never made me feel like I was an inconvenience or wasting their time or taking too long to decide on my house. They NEVER rushed me through a decision. When they showed me a home, they were incredibly knowledgeable about the area and the house. They would talk to me about the neighborhood before we drove it. Then when we got to the house, they would ask me if I’d noticed the grocery store nearby, or a motel that I might not want to leave near or they would point out how busy the street was and asked if that was an issue for me. Next, they would walk through the house and point out the pros and cons of the home/layout/fixtures, etc. In everything they did, they went above and beyond for me.

Ultimately, after showing me 23 different homes in various neighborhoods, they got me my dream house and my dream house wasn’t even on the market yet! I will never use another realtor to buy or sell a home. I’ve already started telling all of my friends about them. Even my parents who have bought and sold many homes said they had never seen realtors be as knowledgeable or go so above and beyond as Susan and Lyonel did.
