"I highly recommend Geoff as a real estate professional who is dedicated to achieving the best results for his clients. As a listing agent, I had the pleasure of working with Geoff who brought his client to lease one of our listed units by Rice University. From start to finish, Geoff was professional, responsive, and a true pleasure to work with, demonstrating attention to detail and a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure that the transaction was a success."

"My fiancé and I worked with Geoff to rent a home in the Houston area. Our criteria were quite stringent, requiring proximity to work and a nice backyard for our dogsGeoff tirelessly worked to find us a property that met our needs. He was extremely well versed on all of the nuances of renting in Houston and carefully guided us through the process, answering our many questions and inquiries along the way like the seasoned pro that he is! Geoff is friendly, an excellent communicator, and was selfless in his recommendations to us. He put our needs above his own and we will forever be grateful for his assistance. We truly cannot recommend him enough!"

"Geoff went over and beyond in helping us to understand the Houston market and finding the homes best suited to our needs. I would recommend him without reservation."

"Geoff is awesome! I accepted a job in Houston and needed to relocate from another state immediately. I was put in contact with Geoff to get help finding a great apartment that was close to work. Geoff not only found a list of possible places for me to live, he even went to the properties to give me a virtual tour with his phone! He made it ridiculously easy to find a great place to live and continues to check in with me to make sure I'm happy. I will DEFINITELY work with Geoff again in the future! "
