"Moving from another state and buying a house can be nerve-wracking, to say the least. But Kathy was more than just a realtor. She was a constant support, always there for us. She answered all my questions, made sure we were always up to date, took care of all the paperwork, and negotiated the deal for us. She made us feel like we were more to her than just her clients. Thank you, Kathy, you're the best real estate agent ever"
"Kathy was professional and a pleasure to work with. She was very experienced while having great communications."
"Kathy has far exceeded my expectations and has been the best realtor helping me buy my first home. She possesses an affable personality, diligently working hard and advising me my best options. I was very impressed when I wanted to make a higher offer to win the house, but she said it was not necessary which saved me a lot of money and sure enough I got the offer with her guidance. What's also impressive about Kathy is how she is extremely "client focused" caring only for what's best for me over commission. She truly cares and looks out for your best interest. I will recommend her hands down to anyone!"
