"We decided to downsize and find a neighborhood with more children in the beginning of 2021 and started our home search using tools in HAR. We found several open houses in neighborhoods that met our criteria and decided to go look. At one of the houses, Mrs. Kaitlin introduced herself as the showing agent and we swapped information before we left to look at more houses.
