"Tod was great to work with, and I highly recommend him to others. He is very knowledgeable, very available, and very patient with my many questions throughout the entire process. From earlier on when we did competitive research visiting ~5 properties on the market in the area, to later when we needed info from the HOA, he is proactive, follows through, kept me informed, and always told me straight up what was going on and his advice. All around a great realtor!"
