"I met Vic several years ago when we did our MBA together at Rice, so I knew he would approach our sale with an analytical background. My wife and I however were pleasantly surprised when Vic and Karishma presented us with a booklet for our property at our initial meeting showing us the comps, what they thought we could get given different scenarios, as well as the time frame we could expect the house to be sold.
