This is always tough. The best place to start thought is your county appraisal district. Typically these are online. If you can find a property address nearby, you should be able to find it on the appraisal district site, then look at their maps to find others around it. IF..you can locate on the map, the property id should lead you to the owner. Maybe from this you can get mailing address for owner. I know that's a lot of maybe. But try that first. Good luck.
