I d like to provide feedback on a realtor who exemplifies excellence. Her understanding of the Houston market and expertise in marketing my property made the whole process very quick and stress-free. Rita took great pains to decorate the house and the pics were outstanding. This led to the house moving very quickly off the market. As a young single person, I have a lot of social and professional engagements, which makes it difficult to always have the house in a presentable shape. Rita knew exactly what to do and ensured that it looked nice ALWAYS so much that I started looking forward to coming back to the house after a showing because everything looked nice upon return .
