Earlier this year, my wife and I set out on the task of finding and purchasing our first house. Needless to say, as first-time homebuyers attempting to navigate the confusing process of purchasing a house in an area that was new to both of us, we needed a lot of help. We were very fortunate that we found Rochelle to be our realtor to help guide us through this process. Throughout the whole homebuying process, Rochelle gave us top-notch service. I have a few questionable items on my credit that has made my home rental journey a bit challenging. I would fall in love with a home and would be denied time after time. Other realtors would stop responding to me after my second denial and I was beginning to lose hope when I met Mrs. Duff. She took me to multiple homes and never stop helping me. She was always on time, and her communication skills are top tier. After our meeting she got a sense for what I was looking for and she really pays attention to details. I have referred others to her and will always use her. My family and I are so grateful for all of her help, we just moved into a beautiful home on 6 28.
