Ruben was an exceptional help for me I was a first time home buyer, and knew absolutely nothing about the process. I was terrified of the entire thing. Ruben spent the time to teach me about everything, guide me through processes I was afraid of, and introduced me to a great lender who was familiar with the VA. In the end, I just had to sign documents, put very little down, bought a home I love for a decent price, a mortgage cheaper than I was renting for, and a good APR. Ruben even added little details like helping with pest control, cleaning services, home insurance and warranties. He was very punctual with all the documentation and any requests I had. He knows a lot and has a great team of people. I had avoided buying because I never thought that I was capable of having good enough credit, wouldn t get the right price for the credit I did have, or would have some kind of astronomical mortgage payment. I was worried my home would cost more than the home I was renting. I just felt like there was never the right time to buy a house. Ruben put up with me and my panicky demeanor through to the end. Even after the purchase I have still been able to contact him with no issues just to ask questions. I am no longer fearful of buying, and this has been a huge achievement for my two kids and I. Ruben has been such a blessing to us His expertise, attention to detail, hard work, and kind hearted demeanor go a long way. I will definitely be using him again for any future real estate endeavors. I would recommend him to anyone even thinking about buying a home no matter what stage of life you are in.
