I cannot say enough good things about Sabrina. Selling my mom s house was anything but a simple transaction, and she went through absolute HELL with me getting this house sold. Through every unexpected problem, delay, complication, and stressful moment, she was right there communicative, responsive, knowledgeable, patient, and completely on top of everything. She was an absolute BEAST when it came to getting things handled. She advocated for me, protected my best interests every step of the way, stayed ahead of problems, explained what was happening, and made sure I never felt like I was navigating any of it alone. When something needed to be pushed, she pushed. When something needed to be figured out, she figured it out. And when I needed an honest answer, I got one. What impressed me most was how much she genuinely cared about the outcome for me, not just about getting to closing. There were plenty of opportunities throughout this process for someone to simply say, That s not my job, but she never operated that way. She showed up, followed through, communicated, problem-solved, and fought hard to get us across the finish line. You find out how good your real estate agent really is when a transaction DOESN T go smoothly, and after everything we went through, I can confidently say I had exactly the person you want in your corner. If you want an agent who is knowledgeable, dependable, proactive, honest, responsive, hardworking, and truly looks out for her clients, I cannot recommend Sabrina highly enough. Im incredibly grateful for everything she did for me and for helping me finally get my mom s house SOLD. And... probably the best endorsement I can give her: after everything we went through together, there is absolutely no one else I would trust to help me with my next chapter. When we buy in the next few months, she ll be the one helping me do that too.

First time homebuyer here, we were referred to Sabrina through a mutual family member. I am greatly appreciative how much attention, care, and work Sabrina put into making the whole process of buying a home less miserable than what you typically hear from other first time home buyers.
