Mrs. Lam did a wonderful job with setting up our tour and handling documentation once we agreed on choosing our new home. If I had to say one thing and I m a little anal but I believe communication could improve on being received in a timely manner It s our first time renting a home so, we were a little eager to move in. Now I don t know if this deals with Mrs. Lam , but upon moving in, I was highly dissatisfied with how the home was not properly prepared. There should be some sense of urgency when it comes to new tenants moving in especially, if the move in date was known weeks in advance.
