We had a very in depth process where we sat down looked at the strategy to sell the property compared it to ones presented by other realtors and evaluated it to my objectives. She identified all the items that required improvement, items that buyers would be looking for and items that were not important to a buyer but important to a seller. The result was we were able to find the right buyer who fell in love with the uniqueness of the property and was not focused on price per square foot or comparables. The property assessed slightly higher than the sell price which reassured the buyers they were making the right choice. We were able to close in 44 days and interesting enough the buyer was one who visited the first open house. Sonia was great in walking me through the process, aligning the work required, and getting us through the negotiation with the buyers representatives. I strongly endorse Sonia s abilities.
