We worked with Steve to find our home in the Heights, and he was great from start to finish. He knows the neighborhood inside and out, which made narrowing down the right house much faster. After we found it, he kept pushing things forward and helped us get repairs done instead of leaving us to figure it out alone. Even after closing he's checked in and offered to send his guys out for anything we need. If you're looking in the Heights, Steve is the person to call.

Post Malone sang a song about I Got A Guy For That ... Steve Kinne is my guy for purchasing a home. He also has a guy for whatever needs to be addressed in the process of buying or selling a house. He is not high pressure, but, more like a partner in finding the right house, and making sure that the ton of paperwork involved gets done. He was on top of everything and kept me informed through text and phone calls. His followup calls are certainly appreciated. Steve Kinne is my man.
