Tammy was exceptional throughout our entire home buying journey. We began working with her in May 2024, wanting to start early so we could take our time researching and exploring all options. This wasn t a move we had to make, but one we chose to make, and Tammy respected our pace completely. She listened, gave us space when needed, and was always available with guidance at the right moments. Her patience, honesty, and deep market knowledge were invaluable. She understood the certificates required in specific zip codes, structural and building certifications, and every detail that mattered to us. She supported our decisions and made a long, emotional process feel manageable as we searched for the right home for our new chapter as empty nesters. We made our decision in December 2025. If 10 were available, Tamara Moss would definitely get them. She made it easy and not intimidating to go thru the process, not my first rodeo buying a house, but it always is intimidating.. She went above and beyond her scope of expertise and work..We were interested in leasing, and she did show us homes for lease, but with her help and experience, we are paying lease to mortgage now. Her team broker Loan was also very forthcoming and helpful.
