Teri is an excellent realtor. She sold me my condominium in 2018, and then
she sold it for me in 2025 when my circumstances changed.
Speaking on the sell side, she managed to sell my unit for an excellent
price during a slow time for inside-the-loop condos. She was helpful in
suggesting approaches with negotiations with the buyer. Her interior
design background helped stage my home for maximum appeal and return. She
was knowledgeable abouit the closing process and educated me on all of the
nuances of the contract that came up. She has a keen understanding of the
Houston real estate market and comparable properties.
She was always available for impromtu showings and faciliated communication
with potential buyers and agents when I was out of town. I was happy with
the price and quick sale, and I highly recommend her.
