Linda and Tom came highly recommended in our community. They did an excellent job helping us prepare to go on the market, took great photos and have lots of contacts to help with work that needs done and or upkeep for those whose homes are vacant we lived out of state whilst trying to sell . They were very busy with many closings scheduled and quite a few clients, but they always had time for us and were excellent communicators. They did their best for us, price wise, in a really rough real estate market and saved us some money when the inspection came back with something that didn't make sense- they sent their professional electrician contact in to sort out the issue and saved us some money there and quite a lot of headache. Once we had a viable offer, they were super on top of everything and kept things moving toward an on-time closing. We're very grateful to have sold and thank them for their work and dedication.
