I have never met a more professional or more prepared realtor than Todd Thompson. For anyone that plans to buy a home in the Houston area, I cannot recommend Todd enough. I approached him with some of the homes I was looking at online and when I came to town, he had a literal binder with every possible answer to any question I had on all five properties I mentioned. He was very patient with me as I was still trying to sell my own home and it took months, but Todd was always there with encouraging words and any help when I asked. After the sale was not the end, Todd has remained in touch to ensure I have everything I need. He set up so many things for me because I was 3 hours away, and made sure I knew the best folks to help me with anything I needed once I moved in. Again, I cannot recommend him higher and if I find anyone that may be selling their house in this area, I will surely recommend with all my heart for them to contact Todd Thompson. Sorry so long winded but Todd is surely worth it

Todd did an amazing job getting me into the home that was right for me. It seems impossible that he was able to do so much research on homes that fit my criteria in such a short time. And when he showed me properties, he could quickly spot potential problems and how to solve them. I was always getting helpful texts from him on things I needed at the time or would need eventually. And he was so quick on getting back to me for anything. It was if he was on call 24 7. And so personable I honestly don't think I could have chosen a better or savvier agent.
