Since you are familiar with www.har.com I would recommend that you go about finding a \"Buyer\'s Agent\" by logging onto www.har.com, then selecting \"Agents and Brokers.\" From there select \"Agents By Designations\" and select \"Accredited Buyer\'s Representative.\" That will populate a list of Realtors with a designated that is supported with education which then would leave only the task of inquiring about their specific experience with foreclosures.
