Violeta was very polite and responded in a timely manner. My only concern that I had was the miscommunication between her and her assistant Danny. It caused confusion about dates, times, meet ups and or agreements between us and the landlord. It made the move more complicated than it needed to be. I voiced my concerns the day before move in and Violeta fixed the situation. I appreciate her showing efforts and making it right to get us into our new home.

I appreciate the opportunity to assist you with your lease.For clarification, Danny was the listing agent representing the landlord, while I represented you as the tenant. The confusion regarding the move-in date, as well as other scheduling matters, resulted from communications between multiple parties. Because the property was occupied and had guests staying there, we had to coordinate timing that worked for everyone involved. As your agent, I was required to follow my brokerage's procedures and the lease terms, which did not permit occupancy before the official lease start date.I'm glad we were able to resolve the issue and get you into your new home. We would give Violeta 6 stars if we could We were on a time crunch to find a home, and Violeta made herself readily available to send us tons of listings, schedule and complete tours, and answering our questions as soon as we had them.
