We were repatriating back to the US, with very little notice. Wayne organized us to tour 12 homes in a day. We had a signed offer the next day. He was excellent with communication via the whole process. already closed on the property . He also did an excellent job with the contract and negotiation. This is the 5th house we have purchased, plus 4 sold, so we have some experience with realtors. We couldn't have been happier and would highly recommend Wayne.
