Thank you so much. Yes, this was a very difficult sale because of the buyer's lender and their CPA. Well, maybe the IRS, the Underwriter and and maybe the buyer's neighbor too! lol!! This sale took 5 months to complete and belongs in the record books for sure. But, throughout it all, both you and Ivan were wonderful clients and now friends. You deserve 5-Stars too!
