I was not prepared for the new home buying process but luckily I came across this gem of a champion Yolanda Gates. Apart from being very polite and respectful to my needs. She took the time to listen and check on me every step of the way to make sure if I was happy and comfortable. Yolanda was great at explaining and giving me an assortment of homes to view based on what I was giving as criteria, at some points it was as she was mind-reading and thinking ahead. Yolanda really shined when it came to dealing on my behalf. When it comes to inspection time, let her loose. It is great to have someone with so much knowledge and experience to be your set of eyes and to have your back The amount of detail she picked out was amazing. For anyone that also needs help with inspections or loans or anything in the home buying process, please ask her.
