Yes there is. The best way to go about it is to check the affordable housing website for your county and see what listings are currently available. They come and go often. Definitely inform all parties about the inspection, that one the landlord cant miss or it will be a longer wait. Agents can help, but it becomes very interesting when comes time to negotiate payment. Some landlords do not pay realtors for introducing a tenant, so some agents, not all, are not willing to work with housing on that level. But definitely ask around.
I\'ve taken both the CNE and the RENE here in Houston and in Dallas. Both added the collaborative/healthy competitive edge to negotiations, but the CNE was more in depth in methodology and resources. I use the information and the negotiation process in all my transactions. Other agents can tell you\'ve had some type of training in negotiation. Definitely a must take! I\'m planning to take it again.
